Returns & Exchanges

At Gresso, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Gresso packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
